 objective:

 ●   to be good stewards of the Lord's finances by providing volunteer routine cleaning maintenance to the church facilities

●   to provide an opportunity for the church body to serve Christ

●  to provide an opportunity to experience the fellowship of ministry with each other as we serve

 methods:

●   organize fourth service team to perform weekly maintenance on                                

       Sunday evenings (coordinate with pastor roger)

●   organize five teams to perform year-round, weekly maintenance on alternating Saturday mornings

●   organize mid-week maintenance of the church offices

●   organize quarterly, comprehensive cleaning of church facility using all teams

●   coordinate with Pacific Camps regarding cleaning responsibilities, supplies and equipment maintenance

●   coordinate cleaning times with church calendar activities and events

●   foster a fellowship within and among the ministry teams through prayer, sharing and an annual celebration and recogniton time

●   review and evaluate ministry plans and needs with team leaders on a quarterly basis

 goals:

 ●   develop a plan with team leaders for training new recruits by April 15th

●   organize and schedule the annual team celebration by June 1st

●   develop a plan to raise up new leadership within the teams by April 15th

●   recruit new servants to cleaning ministry once or twice per year  (coordinate with pastor roger)
